ESPN’s Fab Five documentary is one of the best sports documentaries in recent memory. The Michigan crew that changed basketball street culture (who wasn’t rocking Mich shorts in the mid-90s?) made a name for itself outside of the court, with their flashy kicks and baggy shorts being one of the Fab Five trademarks. The original Nike Air Max Sensation dates after the Fab Five, but we often associate the shoe with Chris Webber, arguably the most recognizable and infamous member of the Michigan Fab Five. We already saw a Retro release of the Sensation, but Nike revamped the classic mid-90’s release with contemporary materials like Torch, a lighter mesh, and a full-length basketball-specific 360 Max Air unit. This new colorway of the Air Max Sensation 2011 in Black/White-Bright Kiwi is set to release this May at Nike Basketball retailers, so take another look below and let us know what you think.
