Ray Allen has played for three teams in his (now Hall of Fame-locked) career, all of which have prominently used green in their uniforms. Allen was drafted by the Minnesota Timberwolves who traded his rights in exchange for Stephon Marbury to the Milwaukee Bucks, and it was in the Bradley Center that Ray played the first six and a half years worth of his NBA career’s home games. 2000-01 found Allen among a select few Jordan Brand ballers carrying the brand in MJ’s absence and this Air Jordan XVI PE offers a distinct picture of the state of the brand circa one decade ago. Notice how much smoother the embroidery from Allen’s record breaking game Air Jordan XIII is compared to the shroud of these Sixteens. We can only expect that player exclusives will continue to improve in their personalized touches so click through to see more of this one and let us know where they rank in Ray Allen’s expansive history of Air Jordans. via HC
