Jason Kidd‘s Nike signatures (and even the ‘Grey Toe’ Air Jordan XIII he wore in New Jersey) are the stuff of legends, but most have had their names changed since Kidd defected to Chinese footwear manufacturer Peak in 2008. Among the first players to follow J-Kidd in his Far East sneaker dealings was Houston Rockets forward Shane Battier, and both of these guys will see special Halloween PEs of their Peak signatures this year. For Kidd, it’s a blue-on-white look covered in thunderbolts with Zeus depicted on the tongue tag, while Battier’s add a blood-splattered Count Dracula to the heel of a black/red/white design. Check out both pairs and stick with Sneaker News for updates on the critical mass of Chinese sneaker brands.
