Nike Air Max 1 Supreme AP – Mid-Autumn Festival Pack – Unreleased Sample

Just after the 2008 Olympic Games concluded in Beijing, China, Nike Sportswear dropped the Mid-Autumn Festival Pack.  Spread across the Air Max 1, Blazer and Terminator, these joints were heavy on grey and metallic gold, with the Terms and Blazers also offering large portions of crimson.  And while the AM1 eschewed red save for the laser etched mudguard and heel embroidery, the above pictured sample proves it wasn’t always going to be that way.  This unreleased sample of the Mid-Autumn Festival Air Max 1 shows what they would have looked like with Team Red in tow, along with a few other subtle coloring shifts.  Check out more images of these super rare kicks after the jump and let us know which version you prefer.  via MK
