Undoubtedly the best thing to result from the Melo/Jordan partnership was the collection of Player Exclusives as well as released colorways of Nuggets-themed Air Jordans. Here’s a look at an Air Jordan XII Player Exclusive that was slated for the Holiday 2009 debut; featuring a white mudguard and a University Blue leather ‘Rising Sun‘ upper with a gold trim and branding, these Air Jordan XII PEs strongly resemble the pair that was included in the Air Jordan Pantone 284 Laser Collection – minus the Laser, white mudguard, and the use of nubuck.
