The Puma Suede is about as similar to the Clyde as it could be without actually being the same shoe. Both offer a very similar silhouette and midsole, but a closer look reveals the Suede to have a row of stitching on its sole that’s absent from the Clyde, with the Suede utilizing a rounder version of Puma’s signature formstripe than its older brother. So with that in mind, you can more readily see how the Suede’s lowtop DNA has been cloned into this new Suede Mid Velcro model, which will be available in four suede and two leather colorways come October 2010.
