
After the success of Austin Jermacans and his Future Sole Melo M6 design, high hopes were set for this year’s Future Sole Design Contest. The 2010 Future Sole Design Contest began on May 1st in which aspiring designers submitted not one, not two, but THREE overall designs. In the High School division, contestants were asked to submit one design for Jordan, another for Nike SB, and a third for a t-shirt. In the College division, contestants were asked the submit both a Jordan and t-shirt design and a Nike N7 design as the third submission. The first 2,000 submissions has been narrowed down to 24 designs – 12 per each school level, with six going in each category. Now it’s your turn to let your voice be heard by voting in the Future Sole 2010 Consumer Choice Awards; you can for for two shoes in each category – eight total.
