It’s been almost two years since Rafael Nadal beat Roger Federer in what many consider the greatest tennis match of all time. Their match lasted nearly five hours, which also made it the longest final in Wimbledon history (although less than half as long as the new record-holder). If Rafa can endure and it back to the finals this year, he could very well meet Federer, and he’ll be wearing a white version of the above pictured shoe. The Nike Air Max Courtballistec 2.3 pictured above is the same one Nadal wore en route to his fifth French Open title, and features Electric Green in the lava pattern borrowed from Andre Agassi’s Air Tech Challenge II. They frown upon this kind of self-expression at the All England Club, but there’s no better shoe for your summertime tennis needs, and they’re available from StepToRun on eBay.
