The Nike Air Trainer SC was a shoe ahead of its time; not only did it feature the visible Air, but the upper features an interesting technology of sorts that featured stabilizing panels containing strong tensile fibers. These fiber-laden panels gave the Air Trainer SC the necessary toughness to withstand rigorous training. Fast-forward to now, and the Nike Trainer SC 2010 features the similar panels of fibers – only today its called ‘Flywire’. This new colorway of white, black, and solar red features the red panels and Air unit, making for another solid color-blocked Trainer SC. These are set for a July 2010 release so watch for these to drop at Nike retailers soon.
