When the Nike Air Maximas boot-like hightop popped up on April 1st of this year, we didn’t think they were a prank per se, but little was known about their origin. It turns out that the sample we showed you was likely part of the wave of upcoming release, as a new pair is now available from the Swoosh’s e-store. With a look that’s halfway between ACG and Air Max old school running, the Air Maximas pictured above might remind you of Michael Jordan with an almost-black and red design that features patent leather accents.
