adidas and Nike have both upped the ante with this year’s NBA All Star Game sneakers. Nike has a huge lead as the go-to brand for basketball kicks, but adidas is the NBA’s official outfitter and is gaining ground quickly. It seemed likely that the Swoosh had Three Stripes beaten with their six ASG Air Force 1s and a slew of woodgrain PEs, but here’s yet another pack of classic adidas ballers.
The adidas Consortium Artillery Mid doubles its vintage look with brown leather overlaid atop the All Star’d uppers. You know the drill by now: red/white for the Western Conference and blue/white for the East squad. These are going to be quite limited, with 10 pairs of each version dropping at a mere 5 Consortium accounts, followed by a total of 150 additional pairs only at the 2010 NBA All Star festivities in Dallas, Texas. Other than that, these are ‘player’ exclusives for Friday’s All Star Celebrity Game, so good luck!
