Last month, news broke that the Nike Air Flightposite II LE in Black would be brought back to retail shelves in Spring 2010. The shoe was originally created for Kevin Garnett, who at the time was still signed with Nike, but like the Air Garnett III that was brought back this year under the new name of Air Max III LE, the Nike Flightposite II LE has removed all connections to KG including his last name on the side of the shoe and “OBF” (Official Block Family) callout on the heeltag. Here is a closer look at the first colorway of the shoe in all Black, this is pair is a sample and only available in a size 9, but if you’re a fan of this shoe then you only have to wait a few more months before it’s released in Spring 2010. If you’re a size 9 you can pick it up now from verbdws on eBay.
