Marshall Faulk’s NFL rookie season started around the same time as the release of the final OG colourway of the sneakers pictured above. His own special Air Jordan IX (9) Low clearly commemorates his time running amok from the backfield of the St. Louis Rams. There’s a good chance he even wore pairs like these during games, given the Edward Jones Dome’s artifical turf. They opt for a simple gold on white palette, replacing the typical ’23’ on the heel with Faulk’s ’28’.
