It seems like just when you think we’ll stop seeing new versions of the Zoom Kobe IV, another one pops up to put the spotlight back on the popular model. This latest edition is only a sample and is not expected to release for retail, but it does have one pretty interesting characteristic. Unlike the other Zoom Kobe IV colorways that we’ve already seen, this version ditches the Flywire, as well as the often used patent and snakeskin materials in favor of a smooth white leather upper.
As a result of the missing Flywire, the black Swoosh also has a more traditional and less streamlined look than we are used to seeing on the other Zoom Kobe IV models. Aside from the white upper and black accents, there are also some splashes of purple and a set of rich yellow laces to finish off yet another Lakers color scheme. As mentioned previously, there are no current plans to ever release this version to the public, but at least you can get a better look at the samples after the jump. Via SC.
