Converse’s Chuck Taylor All-Stars have gone hand in hand with rock n’ roll street cred for decades and now the two components will be fused together in a new way to pay tribute to one of the all-time great rock outfits. Australian rockers, AC/DC, have been putting in work since the early 1970’s, proving to be one of the most prolific and consistent bands in rock history. After all this time, they are still making new music and touring and their fans are just as loyal as ever.
Converse will be blessing AC/DC fans with two different Chuck Taylor models that feature some iconic artwork from some of their albums. One pair uses the Highway to Hell album cover on the upper, while the other sports an Angus Young graphic from For Those About to Rock… and both styles feature additional graphics on the side of the midsoles. Both pairs will drop on June 1st at select Converse retailers. In the meantime, you can get a closer look at both after the jump.
