Between their LIFE Collection and the collabo-centric Double Label Project, DC Shoes has shown us some solid takes on the super highcut Admiral model in recent months. The Admiral is back, this time just for the fairer sex. The upper features tonal animal stripes on the leather and nubuck parts of the turquoise and black pairs, respectively. The rest of the upper is a tonal take on the same woven material we’ve come to expect as an accent fabric. With the stripes only appearing in certain lighting/angles, these kicks offer a kind of flashy grace that makes us excited to see more of the LIFE Collection. These are set to drop in Fall 2009, so we’ll keep you updated as they prepare to release at boutiques like Vagant.
