At the turn of the millennium, Nike did something totally unheard of and some might have even thought that it was a rogue Nike employee doing a DIY project. Well it was something like that, Nike took the Foamposite and chopped off a good part of the heel  and made the Foamposite into a slip-on clog. This was years ahead of Crocs, just so we can clear that up. Though not a rogue Nike employee, it was a special Nike product development group called the Nike Alpha Project which experimented with Nike models. In its origin, much of the project was noted with special boxes and a special five dotted code. Much of that has been phased out over the years but from what we heard, Alpha Project is still around. The above represents a black colorway but one of the most famous and sought after colorways was the digi-camo Clogposite. Nike, please take note and put out another hundred pairs of the Digi-Camo colorway. via chajinyoung

Update:
The status of the Nike Clogposite Retro is currently ‘canceled’. Maybe a quickstrike will pop up sometime later but the April 09 Black Clogposite is now canceled.
