Nike Sportswear – Dunk Hi – Vandal Pack – Spring 2009

2009 is shaping up to usurp the current annum’s claim to “Year of the Dunk“.  Just yesterday, we saw the stunning ACG Safari Pack of Dunk Hi and Lows from Nike Sportswear, along with a delicious take on the new Skinny Dunk for ladies.  Part two of what got started last week with a special Quickstrike release is yet another addition in Beaverton’s attempt to stimulate our economy by inundating the market with excellence.

The Dunk Hi Vandal Pack consists of four springy colours for the new year.  Each features the extra loop of ribbed nylon around the top of the midsole we’ve come to expect from Dunk/Vandal hybrids.  Back are the all white joints we showed you in October, alongside a black pair with a pink Swoosh and two ultrabright perforated releases.

When we first showed you the highlighter-hewn yellow and orange perforated pairs, they were called the “Neon Pack”.  While this name may have been eschewed in favor of a few sidekicks and a more fitting name for the whole lot, Vagant told us back then that they’re set for April release, and that seems like a perfect time for these to drop.  Stay tuned to SneakerNews for more info and pictures seconds after they hit the streets.  Via Freshness
