DDCLAB x New Balance 420 Reflective – Release

DDCLAB x New Balance 420 Reflective

Not long ago, we preview the collaboration between DDCLAB and New Balance on the recently reintroduced NB 420 model. While the original date of the release was November 6th, during the official opening party for DDCLAB SoHo, the party was filled to capacity making purchases nearly impossible. We have just learned from DDCLAB that this limited edition sneaker will release tomorrow November  14th at DDCLAB in SoHo.

The Reflective 420 was created in collaboration with design house, DDCLA, spearheaded by DDCLAB co-owners and recently-named NB Lifestyle Creative Directors, Savania Davies-Keiller and Roberto Crivello. The limited edition shoes features a reflective textile made by a thin layer of tiny glass beads that cooperate with a reflective agent. This Schoeller Switzerland made fabric is scuff and tear resistant, water and dirt repellent and is used on the entire shoe’s upper for the first time. Each pair will be packaged in a special-edition dust bag that will be numbered for authenticity and signed by both of New Balance’s Creative Directors, Savania Davies-Keiller and Roberto Crivello.
