While the images above may be a little disheartening to any Lakers fan, Adidas has created a new version of their classic Superstars sneaker to commemorate the Boston Celtics’ championship from this past NBA season.  The shoe features a white sole and toe box while the rest of the shoe is generously covered in metallic gold with green lining and laces to celebrate the Celtics champion status.  On the back of the shoe you can see the number 17, signifying the Celtics’ 17th NBA Championship. No word yet on release for these yet, so stay tuned, especially you Celtics fans with the start of the NBA season days away.  via Crooked Tongues
