The adidas Dame 9 is Damian Lillard’s ninth signature shoe with the Three Stripes. After a rather long layoff following the adidas Dame 8 and its EXTPLY off-shoot that released about a year later, the Bucks superstar and the German giant came together at All-Star Weekend in February 2024 to officially unveil his next signature.
The next few months were light on information, but the Dame 9 officially launched with a BAPE collection at the end of August, arriving in two red & black colorways. The first mainline edition came with the “Playoffs” colorway in September. Each subsequent edition of the Dame 9 is expected to retail at $120, arriving via adidas.com and select retailers.
